During your home inspection, we evaluate the safety and functional condition of all major systems in the home. Below is an overview of each system and what is included in the inspection.
Includes walls, ceilings, floors, framing members, visible portions of the foundation, and basements or crawlspaces.
Includes shingles or other roofing materials present, gutters and downspouts, chimneys, roof penetrations, vents, and flashing.
Includes siding, windows, doors (weather stripping, thresholds, etc.), decks, porches, patios, grading, and driveways or walkways.
Includes water supply lines, drain and sewer lines, faucets and fixtures, and water heaters.
Includes service entry and meter base, electrical panels, breaker sizing, outlets, switches, and lighting.
Includes age and general operation of the HVAC system, visible ductwork, air filters, and thermostats.
